We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies including Node.js and NestJS. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building cutting-edge web applications using the latest tools and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack features for web platforms using React, Next.js, and Firebase.
• Build micro-frontend architectures to enable scalable and modular application development.
• Architect and implement secure, high-performing APIs using Node.js, Express, NestJS, and GraphQL.
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets for dynamic user experiences.
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+) code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to iterate quickly and deliver quality features.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across web platforms.
• Build responsive and accessible UIs using Tailwind CSS and Radix UI components.
• Manage application state efficiently using Zustand and other modern state management solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficient in React and Next.js with strong understanding of modern React patterns (hooks, context, suspense).
• Strong experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions).
• Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+, async/await, modules).
• Experience with modern UI frameworks: Tailwind CSS and Radix UI for building accessible component systems.
• State management expertise with Zustand, Redux, or similar modern solutions.
• Micro-frontend architecture experience for building scalable, maintainable applications.
• WebSocket implementation for real-time features and live data synchronization.
• Backend service design experience using Node.js, Express, or NestJS.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques and web vitals.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API design patterns.
• Experience with module federation and micro-frontend orchestration tools.
• Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio.
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices.
