The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• 3+ years experience as a full time dedicated RSA Archer system administrator
• 3+ years relevant experience in Information Security, Information Technology, security controls, and industry best practices
• Net Experience with VB. Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server, and MVC Experience working with Javascript and HTML

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an application developer who can apply his or her knowledge of business and technology risks to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies on the RSA Archer platform.

This role performs the function of subject matter expert and will include representing the Archer team, providing input and direction on strategic initiatives and being the \xe2\x80\x98go to\xe2\x80\x99 person for the Archer development.

Assesses impact of design decisions to the computer solution/product/service being developed (i.e. performance, schedule, budget, downstream component/system impact, quality, etc.) and recommends alternate/creative solutions for mitigation/optimization if required.

\xc2\xb7 Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.

\xc2\xb7 Leads and implements initiatives as required to deliver business objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.

\xc2\xb7 Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.

\xc2\xb7 Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.

\xc2\xb7 Leads/conducts detailed code-reviews and provides feedback in a constructive manner.

\xc2\xb7 Decomposes business requirements and translates them into detailed design specifications and code.

\xc2\xb7 Interacts with key business & technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers.

\xc2\xb7 Assesses the costs and benefits for different solutions and recommend/decide on appropriate designs.

\xc2\xb7 Designs solutions, writes code, performs unit testing, develops appropriate artefacts / documentation, and facilitates final delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Supports production issues, includes independently completing root-cause analysis and diagnosis.

\xc2\xb7 Devises new algorithms and data structures for target environment and platform attributes in alignment with architectural patterns.

\xc2\xb7 Builds solutions that are supportable, scalable and achieve our aspiration of common assets.

\xc2\xb7 Recommends or automates approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

\xc2\xb7 Supports the management of specific project deliverables & outcomes.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies opportunities to strengthen the development capability, such as: sharing expertise to promote technical development, mentoring employees, building communities of practice and networks.

\xc2\xb7 Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learning.

\xc2\xb7 Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.

\xc2\xb7 Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.

\xc2\xb7 Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced level of knowledge in domain.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of required programming languages and can code with little oversight.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of technical/business environment and processes.

\xc2\xb7 Understand functional aspects and technical behavior of the underlying operating system, development environment, and deployment practices.

\xc2\xb7 Have facility with and understanding of the ecosystem that code operates in.

\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
