Condominium Manager – Licensed with CMRAO
Nightingale Property Management is a growing Condominium Management Company, in business for over 35 years, who seeks a Licensed Condominium Manger (either General License or RCM) for a minimum two- year commitment for the following responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: 
General License with CMRAO or RCM
Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills
Capable of Working from Home
Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, Email, and Virtual Meeting Software (Zoom, Teams etc).
Mentoring or Leadership Experience an asset
Professionalism a must
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the management of 3 small condominium corporations in the same complex – Approx 96 units in a new (2018) Vacant Land Condominium Corporation
• Consult for, Supervise and Mentor three Condominium Managers with Limited Licenses, ensuring that they are compliant with the Condominium Act, and Condominium Management Services Act by:
• Review and sign Status Certificates – prepared by internal staff
• Assist internal staff in the preparation and planning for Annual General Meetings for these 3 condominium corporations only; may be asked to attend AGM virtually
• Consult and assist internal staff, if needed, in the annual budgeting process
• Review and approve notices and correspondence to be sent to owner(s) prepared by internal staff
• Liaison with the Condo Board of Directors to implement new & ongoing operational initiatives policies and build confidence & trust
• Be available to advise internal staff on other matters when they are preparing for board meetings, coordinating reserve fund studies & performance audits and Tarion claims etc.
 
SALARY
$42,000 for an estimated 10-15 hours of consulting per week; equivalent to $125,000 per annum or $53.85 per hour; with vacation pay of 4%, and RRSP matching program
