En tant que receptionniste a CBRE, vous serez responsable des taches administratives d'un service ou d'un bureau. Vos principales missions incluront l'accueil des visiteurs, la gestion des appels telephoniques, l'organisation des salles de reunion, ainsi que diverses autres taches administratives.

Ce poste appartient au secteur de l'Experience en milieu de travail, charge d'offrir un service a la clientele de classe mondiale aux clients et visiteurs d'un batiment specifique.

Responsabilites:

Recevoir et transferer les appels entrants aux boites vocales et aux personnes appropriees.
Accueillir les clients, candidats et visiteurs a leur arrivee, remettre des laissez-passer pour les visiteurs et des validations de stationnement, tout en suivant les protocoles de securite.
Preparer les salles de reunions et de conferences, y compris l'organisation de l'espace, la commande de services de restauration et l'assurance de disponibilite de l'equipement technologique. Effectuer les demandes de services menagers ou d'immeuble si necessaire.
Effectuer diverses taches administratives, telles que la distribution de telecopies et de colis, ainsi que la commande de fournitures de bureau.
Suivre les colis, le courrier et le fret entrants et sortants. Utiliser les services de messagerie si necessaire. Organiser les services d'accueil et d'hebergement pour les visiteurs, y compris le transport, la reservation de billets, d'hotels, etc.
Appliquer les procedures existantes pour resoudre de front les problemes tout en ayant la possibilite d'exercer son pouvoir discretionnaire.
Mener a bien ses taches et ses fonctions tout en respectant les methodes de travail telles qu'elles ont ete definies.
Realiser son travail en suivant des procedures et des processus etablis, tout en beneficiant d'une etroite supervision et de conseils.

About the Role:


As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.


This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You'll Do:

Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail. Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival. Issue visitor passes and parking validations and follow security protocols. Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms. This includes room setup, placing catering orders, and securing technological equipment. Request building and housekeeping services as needed. Perform general clerical duties including distributing office faxes and packages and ordering office supplies. Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight. Arrange messenger service as needed. Arrange hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou d'equivalence d'etudes secondaires (GED) et jusqu'a deux ans d'experience professionnelle liee avec l'emploi. Capacite a suivre les regles et les normes de travail de base dans le cadre de ses fonctions. Competences en communication pour transmettre des informations de maniere efficace. Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et du francais est requise car ce role necessite une communication reguliere en anglais et en francais avec les clients et le personnel situes dans toutes les provinces Canadiennes et aux Etats-Unis. Connaissance pratique des produits Microsoft Office. Par exemple, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Competences organisationnelles avancees et esprit de curiosite. Niveau de numeratie de base. Capacite a effectuer de simples equations, notamment des pourcentages, des rabais et des majorations.

What You'll Need:



Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. A good knowledge of English and French is required as this role requires regular communication in English and French with clients and staff located in all Canadian provinces and the United States Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
