AECOM Calgary is looking for a Requirements Management Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement System Engineering plans and processes, such as but not limited to the Requirements Management Plan and process and ensuring that project teams operate in accordance with those plans and processes.
• Leads the Requirements Management process on current and future projects
• Leads the definition, development, decomposition, and derivation of requirements and ensures stakeholder needs has been achieved
• Manage and coordinate Systems Engineering processes with all other disciplines such as Civil, M&E, Architecture, Rail Systems etc.
• Management of requirements management tools such as DOORS NG, ensure traceability of all project requirements and V&V processes.
• Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
• Prepares technical specification sections.
• Preparation of bids, proposals, or tenders, and develop and manage budgets and planning for activities and projects.
• Able to elucidate the discipline of Systems Engineering and its techniques and processes
• Develop and maintain liaison with the wider Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance global network, other units and individuals within and outside of the organization as well as with client\xe2\x80\x99s engineering, assurance, and project teams.
• Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to Systems Engineering. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.
• Reporting to Director level and works under minimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
• Supervises individual or group of engineers and/or technicians, and coordinating activities.

Qualifications

• 
  Minimum Requirements :
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant engineering discipline + 6 years of experience in Systems Engineering OR Technical Diploma + 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering
• 6+ years experience with projects and their design lifecycles
• Driving License

• 
  Preferred Qualifications :
• Used to implement and work under the principles of following standards: IEEE 1220, ISO 15288 + 24748 + 29148: Systems Engineering Life Cycle processes & Requirements management.
• INCOSE CSEP certified
• Familiarity with EN50126 and FTA SCC
• 10+ years experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS / ComplyPro etc.
• 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience is ideal in Systems Engineering
• Project Management such as PMP or PRINCE2
• IBM DOORS and DOORS NG and Advance Training
