Work in a tight collaborative group focused on designing, testing, and troubleshooting new hardware/software Radios to ensure that the overall product can meet its functional and performance requirements Develop calibration and performance optimization procedures Implement test automation and validation methods using scripting in python or MATLAB Analyze results, drive product design updates, identify potential system design shortcomings, and influence future designs Perform statistical analysis of measurement data Bachelor's degree in programs specialized in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or a related field. 5+ years with designing, testing, and troubleshooting new hardware/software Radios Experience with 3GPP standards Experience with troubleshooting acumen Experience with object-oriented programming skills (Python, C++ an asset) Experience or knowledge within scripting in MATLAB are Experience with RF Engineering skills Energy and drive to thrive in a dynamic product development environment Proficient English skills, both written and spoken Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong team and interpersonal skills The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of whats possible.
