Radiation Technician Assistant - Full Time - $35/hour plus benefit package
Conducting direct, indirect and dose surveys using a variety of radiation detection instruments Performing source checks on radiation detection instruments Decontamination of items & tools using proper techniques and PPE Performing air sampling monitoring Ability to record and update documentation
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Two years of community college in a Technician or equivalent Between 1 and 2 years of experience in the field of radiation protection, or a similar environment. Knowledge of radiation protection principles and regulations. Strong communication skills - written and verbal Organizational skills - able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00 per hour
