Summary: Under direction of applications project or product managers, the Quotation Specialist is responsible for accurate product quotation, costing, order processing, sales order release and presenting acknowledgements to customers via email. This position requires a sound knowledge of GHT processes, engineering drawing, sound organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication skills. Adherence to all company policies and processes including FET?s Health, Safety & Environment programs is also required. Other duties as assigned. Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and use reference documents and drawings prepared internally, vendors, and outside sources
• Compile customer purchase order, logistical information, trade compliance documents to generate accurate and complete sales orders
• Develop small scale thermal solutions per customer requirements
• Complete Thermal Performance calculations for small scale units
• Perform product suitability analysis
• Customer site visits to maintain customer contact and/or assist in field troubleshooting
• Complete quotation requests and send to customer for review
• Calculate costing for parts and small-scale projects using GHT costing processes
• Coordination with other departments to complete on-time delivery
• Communicate customer updates on orders
• Active participate in FET?s Health, Safety and Environment program
• Oher duties as assigned.

Education

• Technical degree or diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 3+ years prior experience in inside sales or quotations preferred
• Prior experience with AutoCAD considered an asset, but not required.
