Anthony Concrete Design in Brantford is a small but dedicated team of creative thinkers and like-minded individuals working to make our client\xe2\x80\x99s concrete design dreams a reality. We have had the pleasure of working with worldwide brands such as Starbucks, Adidas, Canada Goose, and Unilock, as well as high-end architects, home builders and designers.
We fabricate various designs, including concrete fireplaces, wall features and customized furniture, to name a few.
About The Job
We seek a talented and motivated Architectural Sales & Design Specialist to join Anthony Concrete Design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, preparing estimates, collaborating with our design team to bring projects to life, as well as creating and executing marketing strategies for our architectural design services.
Responsibilities:

• Managing projects as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries and gather project details for quotation.
• Communicate effectively with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners alike.
• Provide clients with project quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Complete concept drawings as required.
• Ensure clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our architectural design services (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc).
• Create and curate engaging content (e.g. videos, graphics, and blog posts) to be used in marketing efforts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage social media accounts and website updates to ensure brand consistency.
• Support business development activities by creating estimates.

• Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings.
• 0-3 years of experience in architecture design and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Solidworks, Hootsuite, and SketchUp, Adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator), Canva.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
