Dragados Canada, Inc., the Canadian construction arm of the ACS Group (one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest international construction and engineering companies), is seeking a talented and experienced Quality Package Coordinator to join its dynamic and energetic team. Dragados Canada was established in 2008 and has grown steadily into an industry-leader in Canada, with offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, successfully performing a variety of large-scale transportation, bridge, dam, tunnel, and other major infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

• Track, update and inform necessary people of the checklist statuses checklists for each component for the quarterly deadlines
• Attend weekly meetings for each component to discuss any updates for the handover packages
• Update and monitor the FAER tracker with information from weekly meetings
• Assign locations for NCRs based on the handover package breakdown outlined in the FAER
• Review and format ITP package templates before they are created in Aconex
• Create new packages in Aconex, update the FAER tracker, Smartsheet and inform necessary individuals of the new package number
• Responsible to update Excel spreadsheets, involving data entry and working with a variety of Excel formulas
• Utilize several software including eBuilder and Aconex as primary data resources
• Variety of monthly and quarterly reports detailing critical NCR information
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with projects in the construction field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
