  • This position helps the QEHS organization to deliver on its mission: \xe2\x80\x9cTo ensure Safe and Premium Quality products, and to drive World Class Safety and Culture in our workplace.\xe2\x80\x9d
Core Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for ensuring Product Safety and the right-quality in our products within the Packing manufacturing area.
  • Proactively minimize risks of failures in operations by implementing effective quality controls, and quality assurance standards.
  • Follow up on the daily, weekly and monthly quality & safety performance. Detailed reporting to management regarding root cause analysis, containment and countermeasures.
  • Responsible of leading tasks that will help us to continue striving for a World Class Safety level in the Packing area.
  • To lead the QEHS Packing team. Contribute in the development and execution of our local strategy to ensure a high-level of Motivation & Happiness.
Are you up for the challenge?
  • +5 years of experience in automotive industry, aerospace, pharmaceutical or healthcare on Continuous Improvement, Operations, Lean Manufacturing and/or Quality area.
  • Experience leading a diverse team of at least 8-12 direct reports.
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001, Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Problem-Solving.
