Provide all aspects of quality processes supporting Honeywell Vancouver\'s office while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance in accordance with Honeywell global procedures and ISO 9001. Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs. Key Responsibilities- Lead internal built in quality audits
- Analyze and maintain data PPM, COPQ and FPY
- Update and report metrics externally
- Lead and develop vendor quality partnerships
- Lead process improvements
- Drive corrective and preventative actions
- Revise specs and procedures
- Process and compliance support
- Assist and train personnel
- Create and manage quality documentation
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Demonstrated experience with both electronic and mechanical end products and subcomponents
WE VALUE
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, 5 why and 8D reporting
- Proficient in SAP QA module
- Experience in audits and analytical testing
- Leadership skills and ability to influence others
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office software platform
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of industrial/electronics manufacturing processes
