We are seeking two dedicated Quality Coordinators to join our team in Quebec on a basis of 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Reporting to the Manager, HSEQ, the Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all work performed on-site meets company, client, and regulatory quality standards. This position will support daily operations by monitoring processes, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement in quality performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do
Ensure all documentation within the company demonstrate best practice and are implemented for continued quality
Implement and maintain site-specific quality assurance and control procedures
Liaise with HSE, operational employees, project teams, and managers to deliver a consistence of quality
Attend safety meetings
Identify and report non-conformances, coordinate corrective actions, and verify their completion
QUALIFICATIONS:
Your background
Minimum Nace level 2, level 3 preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role
Ability to manage client HSEQ software (Cognibox, ISNetworld, EHS Insight).
Please note: This position will be rotational (3 weeks on, 3 weeks off) in Quebec with no possibility of Monday-Friday
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance.
