This position is responsible for monitoring and verification of established food safety standards at Pacific Blends Food Safety and Quality Assurance program.

Responsibilities:
-Conducting Routine Pre-operational QC Inspection
-Being involved in continuous improvement of food safety program
-Sample analysis including organoleptic, physical and chemical
-Assisting in supplier and customer documents compliance
-Routine inspections to ensure SOP's requirements are met in all aspects including Sanitation, Pest Control, Warehousing and Production.

-Strong interpersonal skills
-Able to work independently with no supervision
-Excellent reading, writing, and oral communication skills
-Familiar with HACCP or GFSI standards
-Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office and statistical software
-Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- College degree in Food Science
Work Environment Requirements;
- Flexible Schedule, ability to work on weekends
- Shifts getting rotated; Morning (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and afternoon shifts (3:30 to 12:00 AM)
- Need to regularly stand and walk during Production shifts.
- Must have no allergies to food ingredients or dust atmosphere
- Experience in food industry is an asset
