intermediates as required, and finished goods on a daily basis. The technician will verify that results are within specification, and

\xef\x82\xb7Resonsibilities of this Quality Control Technician role are but not limited to:- \xef\x82\xb7Perform analysis of incoming seed samples
-\xef\x82\xb7 Verify finished product samples against production reports to ensure the lab has received samples for all skids produced
-\xef\x82\xb7 Create composite samples where required
-\xef\x82\xb7 Perform chemical and microbiological testing on samples, send samples to outside labs for testing that cannot be performed in-
house
-\xef\x82\xb7 Report out of spec results to supervisor
-\xef\x82\xb7 Generate Certificates of Analysis for customers
-\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare reagents and agar as required
-\xef\x82\xb7 Perform housekeeping duties as requiredQualifications
Qualifications we are looking for:-\xef\x82\xb7 1-3 years experience in a food manufacturing facility, in a QA or QC capacity
-\xef\x82\xb7 A degree or diploma from a recognized educational institution in Food Science or a closely related discipline
-\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with use of Microsoft Office applications, and email programs such as Lotus Notes/Microsoft Outlook
-\xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills
-\xef\x82\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skillsSummary
