Quality Control technician
to uphold food safety and quality standards across our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain HACCP, SFCR, GMP, and SOP programs
Lead audits and support regulatory inspections
Train staff on food safety and hygiene protocols
Manage QA documentation and testing (microbiological & chemical)
Assist with R&D, product trials, and process improvements
Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints
Support supplier validation and private label documentation
Qualifications
Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
1-2 years QA/QC experience in food manufacturing
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, allergen control, traceability
Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
