Our BC head office location is seeking a full-time Quality Control Technician to keep track of customer feedback, implement quality control policies, train new staff and identify faults during the production process. What you will do: The ideal candidate will exercise independent judgment in evaluating complex problems and applying current methodologies and practices to resolve identified issues. Some specific duties and tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Analyzes finished products of each order for package design, label product information, product categorizations, and product accessories completion.
  • Evaluate the materials routinely used during production and components during production by running specific tests of quality.
  • Conducts sampling inspection to make sure products are aligned with ISO standards. Completes exported products inspection report keeps an efficient record, and labels inspected samples.
  • Collects feedback and information regarding customers with product quality or performance by investigating all parts of the production process.
  • Assesses QA strategies periodically to determine best practices and optimization to reduce production costs and problems while maintaining production efficiency.
  • Completes daily maintenance routine for the QC room.
  • Organizes and files any ISO, external standards, and regulatory documents and keeps all documents up to date and effective.
  • Coordinates with the production department to conduct internal audits and management evaluations.
  • Recording incoming QC documents to ensure all raw data, protocol, reports, and other critical documents are appropriately filed for future use.
What you will need to be successful: Required:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Biology, Chemistry and related study fields.
  • At least 1 year working on QC- related positions in biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical and medical devices industries.
  • Ability and knowledge to inspect finished product\xe2\x80\x99s capability and keep an accurate record of the result.
  • Able to independently finish the performance test of the semi-finished products and newly purchased materials.
  • Pay close attention to details and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Physical endurance and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a collaborative working environment.
  • Highly adaptive and flexible.
  • Master in MS office, Ai, and Photoshop programs.
Preferred:
  • 3+ years working on QC-related positions in biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical and medical devices industries.
  • Physical Condition: Ability to stand for long hours and work on the manufacturing floor.
