- Perform microbiological analyses
- Collect environmental and/or product samples
- Participate in internal audits.
- Identify and address non-conformities.
- Analyze the different parameters of the finished product: void, net weight, drained weight, temperature, proportions and % solids.Your profile- Training in process technology and food quality, dietetics or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel software
- Functional English, written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
