Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the quality control department. Assist in maintaining records for internal quality audits and compliance. Distribute quality policies, procedures, and related materials to relevant stakeholders. Conduct thorough scanning and data entry of documentation into electronic databases. Proofread documents meticulously to ensure accuracy and clarity. Coordinate and support internal audits of the Quality System. Verify and compile Material Test Reports (MTRs) and maintain accurate records. Utilize engineering drawings (DWGs) and complete detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) references. Assist with the development of quality control reports. Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the Manager to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications/Competencies:



High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is an asset. Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a quality control administrative role. Experience in quality management and manufacturing environments is advantageous. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). Ability to learn and adapt to internal programs for data documentation and reporting. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate positively across all teams. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving aptitude and good judgment, quality customer service and relationship-building capabilities. Capacity to work independently and autonomously while managing multiple tasks effectively. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling documentation and interactions.
