Responsibilities:

Support the Quality team in coordinating efforts to effectively deploy quality processes. This can apply to both Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities such as management system deployment, simple data analysis and reporting, supplier quality management and site-based inspection and QC. Maintain key quality related databases and provide support in all aspects of quality communication. Typically, the role includes liaising with multiple stakeholders both within and out of the QA/QC function.

  • Provide support as directed by quality professionals in the successful implementation of quality
  • Support the continued communication, development, and improvement of our Business Management System (BMS).
  • Support the management system management of change process (including publishing of new or revised content and the removal of obsolete content, new project start-up, communication of changes, etc.).
  • Maintenance of all records demonstrating full traceability of changes to management
  • Support quality and management systems communications, training, and
  • Support the collection of data and carrying out simple analysis to provide information to quality professionals and other stakeholders in support of established reporting and governance
  • Support in the communication, development, and improvement of other supporting system such as Non-Conformance or customer satisfaction systems undertaking simple data analysis, guided by quality professionals.
  • Expedite feedback and evidence from actions owners to address quality actions such as NCRs, improvement actions, etc.
  • Support quality professionals in the production of quality deliverables in support of overall project or programme implementation, including, but not limited to project quality management reporting.
  • May support simple assurance activities or be part of a wider audit
  • Co-ordinate and support the allocation of QC personnel at site to ensure that work faces are being effectively verified by allocated discipline coverage.
  • Liaise regularly with 3rd party inspection providers and other suppliers to ensure that QC commitments are planned, resourced, and executed in line with requirements
  • Collate records from QA/QC activities and ensures these are maintained and retained in a manner that ensures easy access and full traceability.
  • Attend regular progress meetings with key stakeholders and provide supporting evidence to verify progress where required.
Skills / Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role
  • Degree/Diploma in Quality management or related discipline (Asset)
  • Working knowledge of quality management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of quality control processes
  • Can carry out simple analysis of processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good level of communication skills in both written and spoked format
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills and systematic thinking
