Title: Purchasing Manager - CDMO Americas

Location: Baie D\'Urf\xc3\xa9, Canada; Hybride, 37.5h/week



The Purchasing Manager CDMO Americas drives the sourcing strategy and the cost reduction performance for the North America and Latam area. He/she helps in the definition of the objectives and supports the implementation of the roadmaps (activities, processes, and organization) to reduce the cost year-after-year, to support Galderma\'s activity profitable growth and to secure the supply.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the sourcing strategy for his/her category, in alignment with the global strategy
- Identify and drive cost reduction programs
- Build and propose a budget/savings target which supports Galderma\'s financial objectives, analyze the purchase price variances and provide his/her management with an accurate forecast.
- Understand internal customers activity and constraints that could be impacted by suppliers\' performance
- Lead the negotiations with suppliers (contract, pricing\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Understand the feedstock and cost drivers of his/her category and anticipate markets trends

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business or Technical/Engineering education
- Several years\' experience, in an industrial or FMCG company the Procurement function is mature, performing and seen as strategic.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual and comfortable to work in a multicultural/multilingual environment (Main communication in English).
- Available to travel between 10% to 20% of your time.
