About us We are a not-for-profit cultural collaborative and our goal is to foster relationships in the writing community and the arts community in general. Duties:

• Set up and manage the Amazon KDP account
• Create book listings, including product descriptions, images, and other KDP-mandated premium content features.
• Format and upload book files to Amazon KDP, ensuring compliance with the platform\'s specifications
• Develop and implement a launch strategy including keyword optimization, category selection, and pricing analysis.
• Monitor book\'s performance post-launch and adjust metadata, content, and marketing strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with any changes in Amazon\'s publishing guidelines and best practices
• Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy of content
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to optimize publishing results
• Edit and proofread articles for grammar, style, and clarity
• Coordinate with designers and layout artists to ensure visually appealing content
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in publishing

Qualifications:

• Strong Understanding of the Amazon KDP process, including account setup, content creation, and the overall publishing workflow.
• Attention to detail, creative skills, and a deep knowledge of Amazon\'s marketing tools to ensure the book\'s successful launch and visibility.
• Strong research and writing skills
• Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
• Excellent copy editing and proofreading abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
