```Duties:```
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including but not limited to powered and non powered hand tools, and heavy equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in an urban municipality or similar setting is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and record keeping skills
