Duties

Operate heavy equipment including skid steers and excavators in a safe and efficient manner Perform general labor duties on job sites including site prep, material handling, and cleanup Work safely around high-voltage equipment and infrastructure Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training Assist with other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications

Valid driver's license (Class 5 or higher preferred) Must pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test Experience operating skid steers and excavators is a strong asset Comfortable working in high-voltage environments (training or certification preferred) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic, communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
