Job Description

As our Supervisor, you will assist the Store Leader in the staffing, operations and growth of our retail cannabis locations and lead efforts to establish the 5Buds brand and grow the company. You will: \xc2\xb7 Exude a positive, cheerful, team orientated, and welcoming environment for all customers shopping at our locations as well as the team members that you are working with daily. \xc2\xb7 Provide and communicate direction of daily sales goals to all team members as set out by the Store Leader. \xc2\xb7 Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales team to achieve sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Create a respectful, inclusive and positive work environment at all times \xc2\xb7 Ensure that store merchandising follows 5Buds cannabis standards at all times. Items are to be merchandised to approved themes and display cabinets will have product pricing placed in them at all times and updated accordingly with any changes. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the store is operating at 100% compliance with all SLGA regulations. \xc2\xb7 Provide constructive feedback to both celebrate when team members go above and beyond but also when team members are not complying with company or regulatory policies. \xc2\xb7 Provide direction for team members in downtime to ensure that the work environment is productive and efficient at all times. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the dress code of team members is polished, professional, and appropriate for the workplace following the 5Buds Cannabis standard. \xc2\xb7 Ensure invoices and all other paper work is done timely, accurately and meets policy and procedure. \xc2\xb7 To ensure confidentiality regarding pricing, financial and marketing strategies, and Human Resources information \xc2\xb7 To provide support for team members through on the job training. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for daily opening and closing procedures of the store and other tasks as assigned to ensure that the daily operational needs of the business are achieved. \xc2\xb7 Remain adaptable and able to implement new company directives implemented by the head office. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all time and attendance procedures are followed so that employees are on the floor and ready to start at their scheduled shift times -The candidate must be 19 years of age or older to be able to apply for this job to comply with provincial age requirements for the Cannabis industry.
