\xc2\xb7 Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the Store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all fixtures are fully replenished at all times
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and communicates on competitors visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further
\xc2\xb7 Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
\xc2\xb7 Motivate and develop a high performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values

Do you have what it takes?
\xc2\xb7 Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment combined with a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
\xc2\xb7 Delivery of Employee training
\xc2\xb7 Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
\xc2\xb7 Point of sale automated systems
\xc2\xb7 Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
\xc2\xb7 Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs

The base salary for the position is $_20.58__ to $__21.58__. . Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance.
