This position is Part-Time (Queen & Victoria Park Area)



Must be available to work 6 am shifts and 1 pm shifts on weekends/holidays


Other shifts are 5-9 pm weeknights.

A Private Club in the Beaches is in search of a part-time Front Desk Attendant.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:

Check Members/Guests into the Club, book reservations, answer calls, handle basic administrative tasks, accept payments, send and reply to emails, assist with setting up events etc.

The ideal candidate is a professional,

outgoing

, positive and a proactive team player.

Must be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office - you must be comfortable with computers
Have a minimum of 1 year working in an office / administrative environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong command of the English language - read/write - good grammar.
Punctual and like to keep busy.

Work hours will vary week to week. Shifts will start as early as 6 am - 1 pm or 1- 9 pm. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
