The award-winning Trickle Creek Lodge is hiring a part-time Front Desk Attendant. At Trickle Creek Lodge, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments Address and resolve guest concerns Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and office equipment Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Conditions:

Working holidays and weekends can be expected Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms
