Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling and the patient's outcomes Interview clients, prepare case histories and assess problems Record observations Write progress reports Prepare a treatment plan for each patient Provide therapy Counsel individuals and groups to achieve more effective personal, social and vocational development and adjustment Analyze the patient during the treatments Apply psychological theory and principles regarding behaviour and mental processes Counsel clients, provide therapy and mediation services, and facilitate group sessions Maintain accurate records Administer standard psychological tests for assessment Help clients manage physical illness and disorders
