About Us:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Social Worker/Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of treatment and client comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional and behavioral issues. Offer crisis intervention and support during difficult situations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in social work and psychotherapy. Participate in regular supervision and team meetings.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Experience working with couples an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to ethical and professional standards in the field.
