We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Behaviour Analyst or Psychologist to join our team providing collaborative and family-based DBT and CBT treatment to children, adolescents and parents.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group DBT sessions and phone coaching for children, adolescents and parents.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various psychological issues, including DBT, CBT, ACT and/or DBT
Collaborate with Broadview team members, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
Maintain timely client records, including data collection for ongoing program evaluation and assessments.
Participate in regular multidisciplinary DBT team meetings and trainings to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, ABA or a related field.
Registration with the CPBAO, CRPO or OCSW (or in the process of becoming registered)
Experience in providing DBT to children, adolescents and families.
Strong case conceptualization and treatment skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and research in the field of psychotherapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $95.00-$150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
