Overview


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our rehab team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care, excellent documentation skills and ability to work in collaborative environment . This role involves working with diverse populations, and individuals facing challenges such as trauma and will play a crucial role in assessing and developing treatment plans and work with other rehab professionals and funders.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy services including individual, group, and family counseling. Utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Crisis Intervention. Engage in crisis management and provide support during acute situations. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on various issues such as grief, addiction, and PTSD. Conduct intake assessments for new clients and manage case files effectively. Stay current with clinical research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Requirements



Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; licensure as a Psychotherapist is required. Experience working with motor vehicle accident injury clients is preferred Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and behavioral management strategies. Familiarity with ICD-9, ICD-10 coding systems for medical documentation. Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred. Strong understanding of mental health disorders including PTSD, chronic pain conditions, and developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to ongoing professional development through training and research opportunities. Job Type: Casual

Pay: $41.55-$115.47 per hour
