We are an established Ontario clinic seeking new Associates to join our group therapy practice, providing mental healthcare to residents of Ontario (primarily GTA). This is a unique opportunity for a

Registered Psychotherapist

who is passionate about expanding his or her own practice and therapy skills set.

The successful candidate will join our team as an independent associate to provide online video counselling to both couples and individuals (adults). This position offers the freedom and flexibility of self-employment without the burden of running your own business. This position also offers the successful candidate the opportunity to engage in longer-term counselling therapy with clients, following their growth and progression through to their personal development goals.

Successful candidate will have:

Masters Degree (or higher) in Counselling, Psychology, or related Registered and in good standing with the

College of Psychotherapists, College of Social Workers, OR College of Psychologists

Minimum of 5 years experience working with individuals/adults, teens and couples in a variety of relational issues

Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients

Deliver psychotherapy and counselling services in compliance and accordance with provincial regulation and codes of conduct Carry independent malpractice insurance Excellent time management and organizational skills Warm, collaborative, enthusiastic team player

Flexible working hours

weekdays, evenings and some weekends when necessary

Estimate 10-20 direct client hours weekly.

Comfortable working independently

This successful candidate will:

Grow and expand their career and client portfolio Work with Couples on a variety of issues (anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, personality issues, self-esteem, life changes/transitions, relationship issues, career stress, etc.) Build and manage a caseload of 10-20 clients per week (opportunity for more) Enjoy providing remote/virtual therapy from the comfort of their home/location of choice, and a flexible schedule that they can manage
