Trauma Resolution Centre

is seeking experienced Psychotherapists to provide evidence-based treatment for adults. You'll join a supportive, trauma-informed team making a meaningful impact in our community.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans for individuals and/or couples. Provide individual and/or couples therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities through a trauma-informed lens. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation aligned with your regulatory college's standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices. Foster a safe, nurturing therapeutic relationship to support healing and growth. Work proficiently within the established policies and procedures of the Trauma Resolution Centre

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field. Current registration in good standing with your Ontario regulatory College. Maintain professional liability insurance (Ontario). Demonstrated competence treating a broad spectrum of adult mental health concerns.

Training in trauma-based reprocessing interventions is an asset (e.g., EMDR, IFS, Deep Brain Reorienting, Brainspotting).

Advanced training in evidenced-based interventions is an asset.

Experience with First Responders (including family members) is an asset. Experience with third-party insurers (e.g., WSIB, NIHB, Blue Cross) is an asset. Strong communication skills; Commitment to ongoing learning and consultation.
