Access Therapy is seeking a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with
specialized training in couples therapy
. While individual therapy is also part of the work, we're especially looking for someone passionate about supporting couples.
This is not a traditional "employee" position--it's a referral-based, independent contractor relationship. We're not a clinic that's focused on work, work, work. Instead, we believe in building caseloads slowly, sustainably, and thoughtfully--so that both clients and therapists feel supported, grounded, and aligned.
About Us
We're a small, values-driven group practice that shares referrals with warm, skilled, and relational therapists. Our practice is built on the belief that therapy works best when it's not about "expert versus client," but a collaborative journey where openness, curiosity, and authenticity guide the work.
We also know that clients feel safer when they can see themselves reflected in their therapist. That's why we actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, communities, and social locations.
Accessibility is central to our mission. We offer a mix of full-fee, sliding-scale, and pro-bono sessions to reduce barriers to therapy. We're looking for therapists who share this vision and are committed to practicing through a social justice lens.
And while therapy can sometimes feel like a solitary profession, we value connection. We nurture our team with regular check-ins, group supervision, shared space, and social gatherings--because we believe therapists deserve care and community, too.
Our Core Values
Authenticity
Openness
Communication
Curiosity
