This is an Independent Contractor position and we are looking for:

Licensed Therapist:

Hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology (Psychotherapy), Social Work, and be

registered/licensed

with the CRPO or the OCSWWSSW (MSW/RSW). We are also seeking therapists who see

children & families,

as well as individuals (please provide details in your cover letter about your modalities and populations) Available to work up to 5 hours per shift (DCC) for 2-3 shifts per week (about 12-15 hours per week), with the option for more, if desired

Experience & Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in providing couples therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. If you are an RP(Qualifying) and work with couples, we would also like to meet you

Compassion & Empathy:

A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to person-centered care.

Additional details for an ideal candidate:

Experienced in couples therapy; experienced in children's therapy are extremely strong assets Experience and a passion working with couples from various backgrounds Bonus if you are certified in a specific modality for couples (e.g., Gottman, EFT, etc.) or children (e.g., sand therapy, play therapy, etc.) You are motivated and eager and you work well under pressure and are able to finish sessions constructively on time Strong communication skills - you are an excellent listener, thoughtful and compassionate Tech Saavy - ability to use Google Workspace, JaneApp, and other basic technology You value working in a group practice and working as part of a team
