Position: Couples Therapist- Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist, Independent Contractor

Location: Gloucester, Ontario- Hybrid

Client session fee: $130-225

Grounded Psychology is looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychotherapist who works specifically with

couples

, as well as individuals. The applicant will provide therapy to partners seeking to improve their relationship, communication, and emotional connection. They will assess relational dynamics, identify patterns of conflict, and guide clients toward healthier ways of relating.

The applicant must be an independent contractor, who must be in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Applied Behaviour Analysts of Ontario or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and hold current liability insurance. The candidate will determine their working hours, with one evening or weekend required.

Grounded Psychology offers well-established marketing and referral systems in the community to provide consistent client intakes, a beautiful furnished office space, administrative support, and a supportive team environment that the applicant would stay connected to through virtual monthly Lunch and Learns and team social events. The applicant would be one of the first to branch out to the East end to support clients.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-15 per week

Pay: $130.00-$200.00 per hour
