We work with individuals and couples with an emphasis on meeting them where they are. We provide client-centred psychotherapy with an integrative approach to ensure that each client is seen as an individual. We are looking to expand our virtual psychotherapy practice to further assist clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, abusive relationships, stress management, low confidence and self-esteem, body image issues, chronic pain, and more.

The Role
We are looking for a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) to join our team and provide individualized client-centred care to clients. We are caring, supportive, communicative, and respectful to all clients, potential clients, staff, and community members.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and/or couples therapy via telehealth
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, as in compliance with regulatory bodies and PHIPA regulations
Implement evidence-based treatment planning and therapeutic practices with clients to meet individual needs and goals
Consistently monitor client progress towards goals, engaging in supervision or consultation as necessary, and engaging in appropriate termination at the culmination of therapeutic relationship
Work collaboratively with team members or client's circle of care, as necessary, to support treatment plan, administrative tasks, and overall care
Qualifications
Is a registered member, in good standing, with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario. Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) welcome to apply.
A Master's degree in a counselling-related field, or equivalent
Has experience, training, and clinical skills in trauma therapy
Carries adequate professional liability insurance in Ontario
Is able to provide some evening and/or weekend availability for clients
Is able and comfortable delivering virtual services to clients and has the necessary equipment to be able to do so
Is dedicated to personal and professional growth and development to deepen your knowledge and expertise
Is able to complete documentation requirements in compliance with CRPO regulations and PHIPA reporting standards
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Asset, but not required, additional training in trauma therapeutic techniques (i.e., EMDR, IFS, CPT, etc.) or a demonstrated desire to continue trauma-related education
Asset, but not required, experience and training in working with couples or families
