THE POSITION

As a rehabilitation agent, you will be an essential pillar in the students' educational journey, helping them to overcome certain adaptation difficulties. Your role will be to identify, support and accompany these students, with the aim of restoring and developing their adaptive capacities, fostering harmonious interaction with their environment, and encouraging their autonomy. You will also play a crucial role in advising and supporting educational professionals and parents, to ensure a collaborative and caring approach.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively participate in the development of personalized intervention plans and the implementation of psycho-educational services, while respecting educational and administrative frameworks. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, teachers, and parents to develop targeted strategies and projects, and provide advice and support adapted to each situation. Design and adapt specific teaching resources to meet the needs of students with adjustment difficulties. Plan and lead training activities for educational professionals and group activities for students, with a view to promoting the development of adaptive skills and desirable social behaviors. Intervene, if necessary, in specific crisis situations, supporting the entities involved by proposing concrete, benevolent solutions.

LE POSTE

En tant qu'agent(e) de readaptation, vous serez un pilier essentiel dans le parcours educatif des eleves, en les aidant a surmonter certaines difficultes d'adaptation. Votre role sera de depister, soutenir et accompagner ces eleves, avec l'objectif ultime de retablir et developper leurs capacites adaptatives, favoriser une interaction harmonieuse avec leur environnement, et encourager leur autonomie. Vous jouerez egalement un role crucial de conseil et de soutien aupres des professionnels de l'education et des parents, pour une approche collaborative et bienveillante.

LES RESPONSABILITES

Participer activement a l'elaboration des plans d'intervention personnalises et a la mise en application des services de psychoeducation, tout en respectant les cadres educatifs et administratifs. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe multidisciplinaire, les enseignants et les parents pour elaborer des strategies et des projets cibles, et fournir des conseils et du soutien adaptes a chaque situation. Concevoir et adapter des ressources pedagogiques specifiques pour repondre aux besoins des eleves presentant des difficultes d'adaptation. Planifier et animer des activites de formation pour les professionnels de l'education et des activites groupales pour les eleves, en vue de promouvoir le developpement de competences adaptatives et de comportements sociaux souhaitables. Intervenir, si necessaire, dans des situations de crise ponctuelles, en accompagnant les entites impliquees en proposant des solutions concretes bienveillantes
