The Proposal Manager is an integral role on the Business Development team, fulfilling key functions in sales and marketing. The Proposal Manager\xe2\x80\x99s primary responsibility is the preparation and coordination of proposal and other sales materials in alignment with the Bockstael Value Proposition and strategy. Their secondary responsibility is to apply and enhance the Bockstael brand through marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare responses to requests for proposals and qualifications in accordance with the RFP/Qs and Bockstael value proposition.
• Maintain inventory of proposal material (including staff CVs, project profiles, and other content) and qualification/sales packages.
• Support team in interview preparation.
• Collaborate with the business development team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials to support the sales process.
• Manage website and updates content as required.
• Coordinate content and advertising including social media, print media, sponsorships, and site signage.
• Support internal Bockstael team through coordination of company events, promotion, and corporate communications.

Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management or sales/marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and proposals that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital marketing channels and website management.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign (or Creative Suite), WordPress, and CRM tools is an asset.
