Position: Proposal and Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
? Prepare and organize proposals, quotations, and bid submissions for lighting projects.
? Coordinate project documentation and ensure timely communication between clients, suppliers, and
internal teams.
? Support the project lifecycle from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring accuracy in deliverables.
? Track orders, project timelines, and material logistics.
? Assist in preparing presentations, technical datasheets, and other client materials.
? Conduct market or supplier research to support competitive pricing and design recommendations.
? Maintain organized project and client records for reporting and auditing.
? Identify opportunities for process improvement within project and proposal management workflows.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or Refugee status only)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with project coordination, purchasing, or proposal preparation is an asset.
Qualifications:
? Tertiary education in Science or Business.
? 1-2 years of experience in the lighting or construction industry preferred.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: CAD 18 - 20 per hour

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
