Property Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking to fill two positions: one full-time, temporary (for a 12-18 month maturnity leave replacement), and the second on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

- Coordination of all aspects of property management

- Communicate effectively with tenants and address any concerns in a timely and efficient manner

- Coordinate requests for maintenance and repairs, manage work orders

- Organize the operation of each property to produce positive results and to meet and exceed annual goals

- Prevent significant operational problems by suggesting a course of action

- Deal with trades and contractors

- Interact with onsite property operators

- Coordinate capital projects

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial and multi-residential property manager

- Strong leadership, time management, communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize and recognize urgencies

- Experience in working with tenants

- Maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
