Revelstoke Property Services is a licensed property management brokerage. We are seeking an individual who presently holds a valid Property Management License with the Real Estate Council of BC to manage our inventory of 250 residential units in Revelstoke. Responsibilities include:
- Leasing vacant units to new tenants
- Conducting move-in/out and periodic property inspections
- Dealing with tenant issues
- Drafting and delivering notices to tenants
- Communicating with property owners
- Performing duties in compliance with the standards set forth by the RTB and RECBC
- Company events
- Dental care
- Disability insurance
- Extended health care
- Life insurance
- On-site parking
- Paid time off
- RRSP match
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Bonus pay
- Revelstoke, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Property Management License with Real Estate Council of BC (required)
