Job Description


Revelstoke Property Services is a licensed property management brokerage. We are seeking an individual who presently holds a valid Property Management License with the Real Estate Council of BC to manage our inventory of 250 residential units in Revelstoke. Responsibilities include:

  • Leasing vacant units to new tenants
  • Conducting move-in/out and periodic property inspections
  • Dealing with tenant issues
  • Drafting and delivering notices to tenants
  • Communicating with property owners
  • Performing duties in compliance with the standards set forth by the RTB and RECBC

Experience:
  • property management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
  • Property Management License with Real Estate Council of BC (required)
Work Location: In person
