Property Manager & Operations Coordinator

About the Role



We are a real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, management, and optimization of multifamily and commercial properties in the Greater Montreal region. We are looking for a reliable and organized property manager and operations coordinator to support our growing operations.

In this role, you will be the point of contact for tenants and contractors, ensuring properties are well-managed and maintained. You will also support ownership with key operational processes such as leasing, rent tracking, contractor coordination, and reporting. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different properties.

Key Responsibilities



Property Management



Oversee tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs (leases, credit checks, documentation) Manage tenant communications, including inquiries, repairs, and lease-related matters Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers Track rental payments and follow up on arrears Support leasing efforts with brokers and partners

Operations Coordination



Maintain accurate property and tenant records (leases, payments, repairs) in digital systems Assist with financial processes such as rent reconciliation, invoice filing, and preparation of reports for accounting Organize and track recurring operational tasks (insurance, tax documents, utilities, etc.) Coordinate logistics for property projects, renovations, and improvements Contribute to portfolio-wide initiatives such as direct mail campaigns, and CRM management

What We're Looking For



Bilingual (French and English) with strong communication skills Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is an asset Experience in property management, real estate operations, or project coordination preferred Professional demeanor and ability to manage relationships with tenants, contractors, and partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,791.75-$62,306.64 per year
