Connium is committed to providing appropriate opportunities for individuals to start and build their careers.Property ManagerRole and Responsibilities: Individuals with property management or building maintenance experience required Analyzing problems with properties and finding the best solution for residents Ensuring maintenance and repair of the property Obtaining and tendering quotes for service companies and overseeing the staff and contractors Preparing draft annual budgets and incorporating with professional engineering company's recommendation on the reserve fund Present the monthly unaudited financial statements to the board Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery Conducting and organizing board meetings and AGM virtually and in person Regular communication and reporting to the board of directors and owners Troubleshooting and responding to issues regarding the facility by any parties Implementing an emergency management plan and responding to emergencies Reviewing status certificates to ensure it reflects the most current state of the property Advising the board of directors on compliance with the Condominium Act, Declaration and Bylaws Visiting the assigned properties on a regular basisQualifications: Full license from CMRAO to work as a property manager in Ontario or a limited license from CMRAO Individual with Mechanical or engineering knowledge an asset Good working ethics, positive attitude, and professional knowledge in budget planning and financial reporting Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Suites (i.e., Words, Excel) and PDF The ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an assetJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearCOVID-19 considerations:
