Streetwise Property Management Inc is a full service property management company specializing in single family homes, and single condominium units. We have an excellent Google rating and anticipate keeping it for years to come.Streetwise is growing and in need of a part-time property manager who would like to grow with the company and become full time in the coming months.We are looking for a property manager who is professional, self-motivated and dedicated to growing in the industry to join the team and grow the portfolio along side our two existing property managers.Training of the software and procedures will be provided on an ongoing basis as required.The successful candidate would be close to or already fully licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta as a property manager and have a valid Alberta Driver's License and their own insured vehicle to use for company business. They will be someone who is motivated and dedicated to the job and does not wait around to be told what to do after training is completed.The candidate will be compensated for reasonable mileage at the CRA recommended rate. One to two years of property management experience would be preferred but not required.Skills required are:Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook.Advertise properties for rent, respond to prospective tenant emails, screen tenants, show properties, conduct credit and all background checks and approve and prepare leases for tenants.Move In & Move Out Inspections using an application on your cell phone.Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants and co-ordinate repairs and maintenance.Compile and maintain records on Rent Manager Database and in the shared drive. (Training Provided)Answer clients' inquiries and provide information.Communicate with the accounting department any financial related information.Attention to detail, Great customer service skills.Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years preferred.Job Types: Part-time, FreelanceSalary: From $3,000.00 per monthBenefits:
