Job Description


Due to expansion, you will be joining a new team setting up in a new office location D Gees Realty is seeking a licensed Property Manager to join our unique team. This role requires an excellence driven individual with proven excellent client and customer relationship. PROPERTY MANAGER DUTIES

  • Conduct showings to potential tenants.
  • Review tenant Applications
  • Reference & Credit Checks
  • Prepare Lease agreements for review.
  • Schedule and execute move in and move outs inspections as required.
  • Schedule and execute routine property inspections as required
  • Facilitate administration of lease renewals
  • Prepare and serve notices and letters to tenants.
  • Prepare brokerage service agreements.
  • Collections of rents, owners\xe2\x80\x99 payments, and security deposits from tenants
  • Prepare statement of accounts
  • Prepare Non-Resident Tax Withholding Statements
  • Attend to emails from team members, tenants, and owners.
  • Filing and attending court hearings
  • Coordinate and manage repair and cleaning requests with appropriate vendors. Coordinate and manage a large number of repair and cleaning requests with appropriate vendors.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments effectively.
  • Arrange interviews with prospective tenants.
  • Filing and other general office duties
REQUIREMENT: Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, own reliable vehicle, and clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract. Must be willing to work flexible hours, evenings and/or weekends as needed and occasionally travel to Edmonton for work. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Buildium, excellent communication skills, detail orientated, great customer service skills, Strong work ethics and teamwork, time management abilities, internet Applications and problem-solving skills. Must holds a valid Property Management License with RECA , WORK EXPERIRNCE: Not a problem, training will be provided Area of specialization
