Job Description



Tri Group Management is currently seeking a Property Manager to join their team in London, ON. We are an established company that manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Southern, ON.

As a member of the property management team, the key responsibilities of the Property Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving, investigating, and addressing all tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Preparation of all tenant correspondence including legal forms and LTB processes.
  • Various administrative duties such as answering phone/e-mail inquiries, entering bills, compiling spreadsheets as needed, etc.
  • General tenant communications, new rental inquiries, building postings, etc.
  • Coordination of the move-in and move-out process, including required inspections (pre-vacate, vacate, and move-in inspections), elevator booking, etc.
  • Coordinating maintenance operations to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Review needs for specialized maintenance of contractors to attend site if necessary, with Property Manager.
  • Site and property inspections.
  • Follow up on and cause to be resolved any urgent repairs or hazards.
  • Ensure mandatory testing, reports, documentation, and inspections are carried out at the required intervals, ie, monthly fire safety testing, quarterly fire drills, and inspections, building, and grounds inspections.
  • Company car onsite.
  • Company phone included.



Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and tenants.
  • Skilled in prioritizing, organizing, and supervising multiple simultaneous service requests.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effectively meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and delivery.
  • Able to lift, bend, kneel and move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Other duties as required.



Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service or property management experience in a similar role (this includes building management and/or property management).
  • Valid G driver\'s license.
  • Clean driving record.
