As a Property Manager on our team, you will be responsible for prioritizing and assigning work activities for all aspects of cemetery care, providing guidance to your team, and delivering top notch customer service. Established in 1947, Forest Lawn Cemetery & Funeral Home is a beautifully landscaped, 65-acre property in the heart of East London, Ontario, proudly serving London and the surrounding area.

What you bring to the role:

• Perform care and maintenance of the property, supervise staff and provide guidance and input on work activities and projects, and solve difficult work-related problems
• Recruit and onboard new employees, train in proper techniques and operating procedures, and all safety requirements
• Respond to requests for customer service, including answering queries from the public, and directing customers
• Respond to requests from head office and branch offices, complete various reports and forms and maintain records and files as required
• Maintain an inventory of products, supplies and equipment, ensure that equipment is in good working condition, and prepare annual budgets
• Integrated Pest Management Certification Program for Cemeteries, and a valid Landscape Exterminators License
• Minimum completion of a grade 12 education or equivalent, collage diploma or university degree would be considered an asset to be successful in this position
• Minimum of three (3) years previous landscaping management experience.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
