Vancouver Luxury Realty is a licensed British Columbia Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in sales and property management in the Greater Vancouver area. Our company continues to grow and we are looking to add a licensed Property Manager to our valued team for 2024. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, self organised and able to complete tasks in a timely manner. The role would be ideal for a professional with good background knowledge and looking to grow further in this field. Minimum 2 years experience in the Real estate industry is required Essential Responsibilities include, and are not limited to: - Advertising and showing properties to potential tenants and processing applications to finalise a tenancy.
- Facilitating repair requests and troubleshooting.
- Answer telephone calls, dealing with trades and project managers.
- Property visits and inspections and to assist with month end move ins and outs
- Liaising with clients on the best approach for their property.
- Update files and accounts in company CRM software. The following qualities are essential:
- High attention to detail.
- Great work ethic and ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
- Willing to take extra steps to resolve issues and get the job done
- Good command of English language and communication skills
- Computer literacy required, including knowledge of Excel, CRM\'s, email and web browsers.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a team-oriented environment or alone when required.
- Be flexible on month end working hours when required.
